What information do you need to calculate the mold quotation? If we do not provide enough info, can you calculate the price?
We need (1) 2D drawing & (2) 3D drawing or real sample. If clients do not provide enough, we still can calculate the quotation. However, that may lead to the possibility that the mold is simple but the price is too high.
How many shots that Echigo can guarantee for mold ?
With aluminum zinc diecast mold: 100,000 shots; 300,000 ~ 1,000,000 shots with plastic injection mold depend on mold material.
Please tell us the leadtime for T0 mold
From 30 days to 60 days with the mold between 80 tons to 350 tons. With the more complicated one, we will negotiate with customer the time having T0.
The accuracy of mold that Echigo can make is ?
From 5 to 2 micron
Does Echigo set MOQ for plastic injection parts ?
Yes, we have. MOQ will depend on customer's product and the minimum lot of raw plastic that we must buy from supplier.
